Breaking: Governing Council appoints Prof Theophilus Soyombo as Unilag Acting Vice chancellor
The Governing Council of the University of Lagos, UNILAG has appointed Prof Theophilus Soyombo as Unilag's acting Vice chancellor after Professor Oluwatoyin Ogundipe was removed as the school's VC.

This was made known by the registrar secretary to the council Oladejo Azeez at a meeting held on Thursday in Abuja.
They also informed the public to disassociate the claim stating that Professor Oluwatoyin Ogundipe remains the Vice chancellor of the school
Professor Ogundipe was removed as the Vice chancellor of the school on Wednesday
