"ESAMA of Benin Kingdom, Igbinedion, raped me when I was a teenager" - Lady alleges

A Twitter user with username Joyce_okafs has allegedly dragged the ESAMA of Benin Kingdom Sir. Chief. (Dr) Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion for raping her when she was a teenager.

In a tweet dated 13th May, 2021, Joyce_okafs said she was raped by the philanthropist when she came to him to ask for Educational support.

When asked if she ever went to court to file a case, she replied that the ESAMA told his Personal Assistant to destroy the evidence.

The ESAMA of Benin is known for his philanthropic deeds all over Edo State and beyond.
